4. Coach Responsibilities
Coaches are responsible for the accuracy of their session listings, maintaining appropriate qualifications, and delivering services as described. Coaches must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction.
5. Booking and Cancellations
Bookings are confirmed upon payment. Cancellation policies are set by individual coaches and displayed on session listings. Refunds are handled according to the coach's stated policy and applicable law.
6. Prohibited Conduct
Users may not use Checko for any unlawful purpose, harass other users, post false or misleading information, attempt to circumvent our systems, or engage in any activity that disrupts the platform.
7. Limitation of Liability
Checko is not liable for disputes between coaches and parents/students. We do not guarantee the quality of coaching services. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Checko after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
